The board also approved the Nov. 5, 2025 meeting minutes on a motion by Dennis Wartgow with Gerald Swenson seconding. Both actions were recorded in the meeting minutes and entered on file. No roll-call tallies beyond “motion carried” were recorded in the minutes.
