The Price County Sheriff’s Office reported 437 animal-control incidents in 2025, accounting for roughly 15% of the county's total law incidents, according to the minutes filed Feb. 5. A full animal-control report was presented and placed on file.
The meeting record also includes recreation-enforcement statistics: Boat Patrol logged 123.5 hours with 6 citations, 20 warnings and 95 contacts/water-safety inspections; Snowmobile Patrol logged 76.5 hours with 4 citations and 3 warnings; and ATV Patrol logged 276 hours with 16 citations and 21 warnings.
