Langley council approves consent agenda including $97,687.93 payroll and multiple commission appointments

On Feb. 18 the Langley City Council adopted its consent agenda, approving payroll transactions totaling $97,687.93 and accounts payable vouchers of $51,915.21. The consent package also included approval of a Sno-Isle Occupancy Memorandum of Understanding and a Cy Pres award agreement with the police department.
The council also confirmed personnel appointments and reappointments: Tim Minter to the Public Works Advisory Commission, Max Hepp-Buchanan to the Planning Commission, the reappointment of Yana Viniko to the Cemetery Commission, and Lisa Morgenroth to the Historic Preservation Commission. Councilmember Craig Cyr moved to adopt the consent agenda, seconded by Councilmember Rhonda Salerno; the motion passed unanimously, 3-0 (Councilmembers Harolyn Bobis and Gail Fleming absent).
