Chair Dave Cuenod moved to approve the evaluation and employment, and Board member William Freeburg seconded; the motion carried 3-0. The board convened the executive session at 5:54 p.m. under Title 25 O.S. § 301–314(B)(1) and returned at 8:03 p.m. Chair Cuenod announced that only listed agenda items were discussed and that no votes were taken while in executive session. The board agreed a formal contract for Booth will be presented at the next regular meeting.
