The board’s executive-session interviews included Principal Cherice Fox (President Justin Fox exited the open meeting at 6:32 p.m. for that interview) and guest applicant James Vestal (Justin Fox re-entered executive session at 7:33 p.m. for Mr. Vestal’s interview). The board returned to open session at 9:09 p.m. by unanimous vote (motion by Doug Kilmer; second by Stacy King).
After returning to open session, Fred Stephenson moved and Stacy King seconded a motion to table a contract to one of the applicants until a later meeting; the motion passed unanimously. The meeting was adjourned at 9:11 p.m. by unanimous vote (motion by Fred Stephenson; second by Stacy King).
