The board approved the appointment of Bre Baugh as the district's WCSEA (Woodford County School Executive Association) representative and Jessica Youngman as the alternate for the 2026–2027 school year. President Monica Beltramea moved the nominations, and the board approved them by recorded vote.
The board also approved the WCSEA resolution for the upcoming school year. Separately, the board confirmed standing board committees and as-needed ad-hoc committees for Curriculum, Policy, Finance, Personnel/Retention/Negotiations, Building/Maintenance/Transportation, School Improvement, Research, Strategic Plan, and Grow Your Own. Committees were listed with assigned members where indicated in the minutes.
