The Board adopted Resolution 2026-33, the Fiscal Year 2026–27 final budget, after staff noted adjustments to beginning balances and specific fund changes. Town Clerk-Treasurer Gloria Maya explained payroll and insurance-year transitions that affected initial accounting entries and the SRO funding estimate. "The first payroll was difficult because they had split the old salary and the new salary for this year," Maya said, and staff made the corrections in the adopted budget.
Trustees also approved the Fourth-Quarter Financial Report (Resolution 2026-32), an LGRF co-op funding acceptance for Calle Oeste (Resolution 2026-34) and a match-waiver request (Resolution 2026-35), capital-asset certification (Resolution 2026-36), the South-Central Council of Governments FY 2026-27 agreement (Resolution 2026-37) and various grant-application resolutions, including two Historic Preservation grant authorizations and the 2027 CDBG application and administrative-services agreement. Most roll-call votes recorded three yes votes for recorded items where roll call was read.
