Attorney Boyle introduced the agreement, stating it 'makes the Village more competitive to the industry.' Trustee David Lilly moved to waive first and second readings and adopt the resolution; Trustee Rolanda Clark seconded. The roll-call vote recorded Ayes from Trustees Eaves, Lilly, Dunlap, Blakey, Clark and Marshall and the motion carried.
