During the public-comment portion of the Sept. 8 meeting, Carol (identified in attendance as Carol Chamberlain) asked the Planning Commission to examine the definition of Lot Coverage and whether it excludes area in the Town right-of-way. She said such an exclusion could affect property owners seeking subdivision approval in districts with one-acre minimum lot sizes, using the example of a two-acre parcel.
Commissioners acknowledged the concern; the item will be available for staff or the commission to explore as part of bylaw revisions and future work on definitions and subdivision rules. No formal action was taken at the meeting.
