Village announces fall events; building department issued 17 permits totaling $4,180

Trustee Randall K. Blakey told the board that the Senior BINGO will be held on Wednesday, Sept. 25 at Village Hall; branch pickup will occur on Sept. 23; and Oct. Fest Trunk-or-Treat is scheduled for Oct. 5 from 3–7 p.m. at 21460 Lincoln Highway. These items were presented as community‑affairs announcements during the meeting.
Separately, the Building Department reported it issued 17 permits between Aug. 27 and Sept. 10, 2024, generating $4,180.00 in permit fees. Staff provided a contact number for additional questions and the minutes state residents may call the building department for further details.
