The Fayston Development Review Board heard a boundary line adjustment application from the Hoffmans on Aug. 5 aimed at separating two houses that currently sit on a single lot on Dunbar Hill Road into two distinct parcels. Gunner McCain, representing the Hoffmans, told the board that most of the land will go with the upper house and the proposed lines are intended to ensure each structure meets property-line setbacks.
The board moved that the application be found complete and, following presentation and brief discussion about a former town road right-of-way that had been redistributed among neighboring properties, a motion to close the hearing carried unanimously. No final decision approving or denying the adjustment was recorded at the meeting; the hearing was closed for deliberation.
