Jerome staff flag utility rate increases and an industrial wastewater model review

Staff outlined recommendations to increase rates in the irrigation, water and sewer proprietary funds as part of the FY2027 preliminary planning. Williams also noted the "potential for utilizing a new model for industrial wastewater rates," flagging a forthcoming examination of how large industrial customers are charged. The council did not take action at the workshop; rate decisions will be part of formal budget deliberations.
