Board approves routine motions and additional February bills of $56,445.21

A motion to approve additional February bills in the amount of $56,445.21 was moved by Paul Kendall and seconded by J. Wynn Fleener; the motion passed 7–0. The minutes record the amount precisely as $56,445.21.
The board voted twice to enter executive session. At 8:55 p.m. the board approved entering executive session to discuss employer-employee negotiations under the Kansas Open Meeting Act (open meeting to resume at 9:02 p.m.), and at 9:03 p.m. the board approved a second executive session to discuss an employee performance matter under the nonelected personnel exception to the same statute (open meeting to resume at 9:26 p.m.). Both executive-session motions passed on recorded votes of 7–0.
President Ki Gamble called the meeting to order at 8:02 p.m. and declared it adjourned at 10:19 p.m.
