Board approves HVAC repairs, auditing firm, nutrition agreement and phone contract

At the July 8 meeting, the board approved a proposal from Building Control Services to repair the district HVAC system and to enter a maintenance agreement. The motion to approve HVAC repairs was made by Paul Kendall and seconded by Cory Zenger; the vote was Yes 6 and the motion passed.
The board also approved the auditing firm VonFeldt, Bauer & VonFeldt for budget and auditing services for 2019–20, authorized the 2019–20 Child Nutrition Program Agreement, and approved a contract with Haviland Telephone Company for telephone service and equipment lease. All motions on these contracts were recorded as passing with unanimous votes.
