Chair Domenic Battista moved to grant the NOI with the requirement that a silt fence and waddles be installed prior to the start of work; the motion was seconded and carried unanimously.
The requirement for silt fence and waddles is intended to control sedimentation into the Otis Reservoir during demolition and construction. The project will proceed only after the Commission confirms the erosion-control measures are in place.
