The Commission approved a -3 determination but required a silt fence be installed, that removed trees be ground, and that the homeowner file a planting plan before work begins. Domenic made the motion; Chris Chaffee seconded and the vote was unanimous.
The combination of erosion control (silt fence), removal method (grinding), and a required planting plan aims to reduce short-term sedimentation risk and ensure longer-term vegetation replacement along the reservoir edge. The Commission recorded the conditions in the project file.
