Commission approves follow-up -3 determination for hazardous trees at 105 Reservoir Rd.

Domenic Battista moved to issue a -3 determination with the special condition that no further cutting is permitted unless trees are leaning and broken; Commissioner Jeff Laramy seconded and the Commission voted unanimously to grant the -3 with that condition.
The condition limits future tree work to only those trees that present an immediate hazard, preserving other vegetation within the buffer. The Commission recorded the determination and special condition in the file for the property.
