Commissioner Larry S. Kleinhenz moved to approve the dedication as presented; Commissioner Carl H. Lienhoop seconded and the motion passed unanimously. The dedication will become part of county right-of-way records and is intended to accommodate future road improvements and access.
No public objections were recorded in the meeting minutes; the Planning Department will record the dedication as part of the subdivision replat process.
