The Fayston Conservation Commission recorded attendance and approved the Oct. 22 and Nov. 20 (Tri‑town CC) minutes unanimously after calling the meeting to order at 5:46 pm. The commission’s attendance list included Andrea Henderson, Kim Phelan, Peter Colgan, Brian Litmans, Woody Dugan and Amy Dalton.
Commission business included setting a newsletter schedule (Spring: mid‑April with Green Valley Rally information; Summer: July; Fall: September) and noting that the FCC annual report was sent to Madi. The minutes state that an 'Attitude of Gratitude' contribution of $250 had been made; the commission also recorded a $250 line in the budget for 2026. The minutes present these entries without indicating a separate formal roll‑call vote beyond the unanimous approval of minutes.
Amy Dalton was asked to reach out to Bruce about serving as an advisor for Chase Brook, and the commission recorded there are currently no named candidates for new members. The meeting adjourned at 6:40 pm; the next meeting is set for Feb. 25, 2026 at 5:45 pm.
