Commissioner Allen L. Troy moved to approve the letter of credit with Firstate Bank and Zoom Telcom; Commissioner Richard Burley Jr. seconded and the vote was unanimous. A copy of the letter of credit will be placed in the meeting attachments for 2026.
The board recorded the approval and directed the county to proceed with the documented bank guarantee as part of the broadband project procurement process.
