Otis commission grants dock and wall permits, continues several applications

During public hearings the commission acted on multiple permit applications. The commission granted a Notice of Intent for reconstruction of a dock at Prince Island (application submitted by Jason Caulfield for property owner Francis Zabik, Map 18B Lot 141) on the condition that pier work take place during the reservoir drawdown. The commission also approved an NOI from Robert Albertson (57 N. Gate Island Rd., Map 17C Lot 28) to replace a stone wall provided the applicant supplies a planting plan before work begins.
At the same time, several matters were continued: Peter Pappas’ RDA for removal of a sandbox at 0 Brookman Dr. (Map 18C Lot 57) was continued to April 21, 2026 at the applicant’s request; Todd Brouillette’s RDA for a stone wall and 15' x 25' patio at 280 Kibbe Rd. (Map 17C Lot 65) was continued because the applicants were not present and there were questions about the submission; and a separate NOI submitted by John Fecto on behalf of Anne Keesler (131 Ray Hubbard Rd., Map 15B Lot 8) was removed from the agenda because required state paperwork and a file number were not supplied.
