WICMAC adopts March minutes and appoints Hannah Blackstock to steering committee
Summary
At the June 3 WICMAC meeting the council adopted the March meeting summary (motion moved, seconded; two abstentions) and voted to appoint Hannah Blackstock to the steering committee to fill a vacancy left by retirement.

A motion to adopt the March meeting summary was made, seconded and put to a voice vote. The facilitator recorded the result as adopted with two abstentions. Minutes show the motion was moved (speaker 16) and seconded (speaker 5); all other present members voted in favor or were recorded as "aye".
Later in the meeting the steering committee recommended that Hannah Blackstock replace retired steering committee member Mike Rechner. The council took a motion, which was seconded and approved without recorded opposition. "Let the record show I see no opposition at all," the facilitator said, confirming the appointment.
These items were procedural but required formal capture because they change steering committee composition and the formal record for minutes.
