In Case PZ-2026-0136 on July 21, 2026, the Board directed staff to prepare a resolution approving a minor subdivision to split a 20.41-acre parcel at 669 Mount Evans Blvd (Pine) into a 15.303-acre lot and a 5.108-acre lot. The split was intended so family members living in the guest house can acquire a mortgage to own their own home.
Kay Wolf presented the staff review and applicants Cory and Dawn Barnett were listed on the application. No public comments for or against were recorded. Commissioner Mitchell moved to approve staff drafting a resolution; Commissioner Gemmer seconded and the motion carried 3-0.
