At the Jan. 20 meeting, Committee member Ralph Stafford moved, and Committee member Alvin Yearout seconded, that the council enter an executive session under 25 O.S. § 307(C)(7) to confer on matters pertaining to economic development. The motion carried with the mayor and members present voting in favor, and the public meeting was recessed for an executive session beginning at 7:05 p.m.
The council reconvened at 7:17 p.m.; the City Clerk recorded that no action was taken during the executive session. No formal votes or directives stemming from the executive session were recorded in the public minutes.
