Farmers Market schedule, Vasa fitness center updates and adjournment

At the June 3 meeting staff noted the Farmers Market operates every other Wednesday from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. and that the next regular commission meeting is scheduled for June 17. Staff also reported that Vasa, a new fitness facility, has received interior plan approval, is proceeding with a sign change and façade color update, and is anticipated to open in late fall; the facility will offer a pool, daycare, sauna and steam rooms and group classes.
Chairman Ziak then asked for a motion to adjourn; Commissioner Runge moved, Commissioner LaRoche seconded, and all in attendance answered aye. Minutes were prepared by Community Planner Hunter Heyman.
