HOA reports sold-out food truck day, July 3rd celebration and resident survey plans

Kim Leif, Dakota Dunes Community Association Manager, updated the board on recent and upcoming community events and projects.
Leif reported that the community’s food truck day on June 14 sold 625 meals and was sold out by 12:45 p.m. She also confirmed the 4th of July celebration will be held July 3 with activities starting at 5:00 p.m. and a parade beginning at 6:00 p.m. Leif said the Prairie and Meadows landscape curbing projects have been completed and that a resident survey will be distributed in early August to gather ideas for community enhancements. She noted Oak Tree/River Oaks residential area will be considered by Neighborhood Representatives at their July meeting.
