CID approves multiple plats for Dakota Dunes subdivisions and business park

The Dakota Dunes CID board approved plats for Plains First and Second Additions, 34th Addition E Pinehurst Trail, a replat of the Dakota Dunes Golf Course 6th Addition, and the Two Rivers Business Park Ninth Addition; the Plains Second Addition approval was contingent on engineering review and utility easements.
The board approved several plats at the July 20 meeting and will forward the plats to Union County Planning and Zoning for final consideration. Mr. Hanson moved to approve the Plat of Plains First Addition with the removal of the berm and tree easement; the board approved it 5-0. The Plat of Plains Second Addition was approved contingent on engineer review and easements for existing utilities.
Additional approvals included the Plat of 34th Addition E Pinehurst Trail and the replat of Lot 1, Dakota Dunes Golf Course 6th Addition; both passed 4-0 following Mr. Goeden's departure. The Plat of Two Rivers Business Park Ninth Addition Tract 1 was also approved 4-0 and will be submitted to Union County Planning and Zoning for review.
