The Dakota Dunes Community Improvement District Board of Supervisors adopted Resolution #01-2026 on May 18, establishing a fee schedule for right-of-way permits. The resolution sets a no-charge option for three-day permits and a $25 per working day fee for permits in excess of three days, with a potential $40 per calendar day fee if property is not restored to the District Manager’s satisfaction; the District Manager may waive the fee for emergencies or unexpected weather conditions.
