Skaug, Alfieri, Scott, Ehardt, Hawkins, Hill, Hostetler, Pohanka, Shirts and Stone voted in favor; Reps. Larsen, Garner, Handy, Gannon and Mathias voted in opposition; Rep. Rubel was absent/excused.
