Superintendent Becky Bell said a second bill had not yet arrived and that an amended, itemized change order for work on the well house had not been provided. Bell and others had discussed pouring the slab for the well house with contractor and project participants, but the change order remained unresolved in the minutes.
The board recorded these construction and fundraising updates under unfinished business and did not take formal action on the change order during the meeting.
