City staff provided brief status updates on several ongoing public-works and development items.
Dan Pratt reported work on the N. Colville Project with two signatures still required for the right-of-way portion. Jake Barlass said he completed the last footing inspection in the Shamrock Development. Clint Drury said he has been updating the Water Quality Report for distribution in next month’s water bills. Pratt also reported the Fire Department completed a practice burn on a house the city purchased last year; the property will be used to facilitate a potential future road connecting South and Main Streets.
