Planning staff reviewed the Country Club Estates final plat for a portion of the SE¼ of the SW¼ of Section 36, Township 29 North, Range 42 East, W.M. Dan Pratt told council the platting documents include easements, dedications, restrictions and rights-of-way as shown on the final plat.
Council moved to approve the final plat, accept related easements and dedications, and accept the completed improvements for continued city maintenance. The motion was approved unanimously (7-0).
