Deer Park Golf Course reports $121,963 profit share; operator transfer possible

Craig Schuh presented the Deer Park Golf Course 2025 year-end operations report to the City Council, saying that "2025 saw an increase in Green Fee and Cart Revenue from last year" under the management agreement dated Nov. 23, 2023. He told council the city will receive a profit-sharing check for $121,963.24 for 2025.
Schuh said he plans to hand over the golf course lease to Matt Nosbaum if a lease agreement can be worked out. The presentation also noted the city receives a 20% share of green-fee and cart revenue in excess of the contract base. No formal council action was recorded on the lease transfer; Schuh indicated the handover is contingent on negotiating a lease.
