Dr. Kolette Smith later moved approval of the consent agenda; the minutes again record the motion as carried 4-0.
The meeting roster shows members present and absent earlier in the meeting; Kevin Cole was recorded as arriving at 8:00 p.m. Board members offered brief comments in a closing remarks period, and Justin Bebb moved to adjourn; Dr. Kolette Smith seconded and the meeting adjourned at 8:07 p.m. The board set its next regular meeting for June 10, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. at the Curran Administrative Building.
