CPMT approves blanket funding for foster care maintenance; clothing funding year aligned with IV‑E

CPMT voted unanimously on June 25, 2026, to grant blanket funding approval for foster care basic maintenance, enhanced maintenance, and clothing supplements for FY27 purchase orders that are approved in June. Robin Turner asked that CPMT make a blanket funding approval so cases approved in June could be funded immediately, with all such cases to be reviewed at the July 2026 meeting.
The minutes record that the clothing funding year for FY27 will run July 1, 2026–May 31, 2027, and that FY28 clothing will run June 1, 2027–May 31, 2028 to align with IV‑E. Billie White moved to approve the alignment and Kelly Koebel seconded; the motion carried by unanimous vote.
