CPMT aligns FY27 clothing supplement year with IV‑E and approves blanket funding for review in July

CPMT members approved a proposal to align the funding year for clothing supplements with IV‑E for FY27. Under the decision, the clothing funding year for FY27 will run July 1, 2026–May 31, 2027; FY28 will run June 1, 2027–May 31, 2028, per the minutes.
Billie White moved to approve the funding-year alignment for clothing supplements to match IV‑E; Kelly Koebel seconded and the motion carried unanimously. The team also granted blanket approval for foster care basic maintenance, enhanced maintenance, and clothing supplement purchase orders, with the understanding these will be reviewed at the July CPMT meeting.
Robin Turner, the CSA coordinator, had requested the blanket funding approach to allow processing of June funding requests while scheduled case reviews and finalization occur in July. Members instructed staff to bring individual cases and purchase orders to the July meeting for oversight and review.
