The Henry County Community Policy and Management Team (CPMT) on June 25, 2026, voted unanimously to uphold an emergency contract that had been executed on June 24, 2026 to place a youth with Light House 1 when no other placement could be located. The contract was presented to CPMT for discussion following the emergency approval and members agreed to uphold it.
Billie White moved to uphold the emergency approval and Kelly Koebel seconded; the motion carried by unanimous vote. The minutes note the emergency nature of the placement and that the contract had already been executed the prior day. CPMT did not record further conditions or amendments to the contract in the minutes.
