Meri Wick moved to approve the Jan. 8, 2026 meeting minutes with a header correction to the date; Libby Waldron seconded and the motion carried unanimously. The minutes correction addressed the year in the header.
Committee members then reviewed bills for the recording clerk and a bench plaque. Peter Gillespie said the bench plaque cost is $539 and that Bill’s Seafood is sponsoring the bench and plaque; Marilyn Ozols said those sponsor funds should not be paid out of the TCRC budget. Libby Waldron moved to approve the bills related to the minutes; Meri Wick seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
