Council approves final acceptance and escrow release for Oman Estates subdivision
Summary

The action ends the developer's guarantee period and authorizes the city to accept municipal responsibility for the subdivision infrastructure as described in staff materials. Staff recorded no additional follow-up tasks when the motion carried.
