Council authorizes clerk to receive Enterprise Administrator access to BS&A Cloud Database

Clerk/Treasurer Miraya Gissell Diaz told the council that, despite submitting a form in February, a separate Administrative Change Request Form is required to get access to the BS&A Cloud Database. The council authorized granting Diaz Enterprise Administrator access so she can complete recording of online miscellaneous payments.
The motion to approve the BS&A Cloud Database Administrative Change Request was made by Mike Termer, seconded by Curt Trott, and passed by roll call (7'0ayes). The council record notes that completing the new form is necessary because the cloud database is handled separately from earlier access requests.
