Village Administrator Phil Morse presented the draft language and commissioners discussed enforcement and how the limits would apply in commercial areas. The draft ordinance will be revised to include the agreed time limits for sidewalk sales and a three-vendor maximum for food trucks; staff will return with specific regulatory language in a subsequent draft.
