Gillespie also said the developer of the old Viking Motel will submit revised plans following approval from the Zoning Commission. He reported that the Westbrook Zoning Enforcement Officer has resigned and that the officer's last day will be May 13, 2026. The commission did not take formal action on staffing but noted the change for follow-up.
