Peter Gillespie said he will obtain the DEEP PowerPoint and distribute it to Planning Commission members for their review. The presentation prompted a brief question-and-answer session on DEEP expectations for local implementation and permit coordination.
The DEEP presenters described compliance steps and indicated they would follow up with documentation. Commission members agreed additional discussion may be needed to align local guidelines with state requirements.
