Board approves May 5 minutes and adjourns after brief meeting

The Eagle Mountain Redevelopment Agency Board approved the minutes from its May 5, 2026 meeting after a motion and second were recorded. The chair took the motion to approve the minutes, noting a motion by board member Whiting and a second by board member Wood; the roll call recorded affirmative votes for board members Huish, Clark, Wright, White and Wood.

Following the votes on the minutes and a subsequent items discussion and vote on a bond parameters resolution, a motion to adjourn was made (announced as moved by board member Wyand and seconded by board member Wood). The chair called the vote in favor and adjourned the meeting at 11:10 a.m.
