The committee approved a roof repair for Fleet Services (motion by Kai Swanson; second by Edna Sowards) and approved re-appropriation of unspent FY2025 funds to complete two Sheriff’s Office projects (windows and waterproofing) that were not finished in 2025, as Captain Mindy Meyers explained.
For landscaping, Grafton reviewed four bids and said the new low number from Curb Appeal was $6,902 after removing higher‑cost features; the committee approved the landscaping project. The motions carried by voice vote and staff were directed to proceed with procurement and scheduling.
