Treasurer Nick Camlin told the committee "the tax bills will be mailed May 1st and the first day you can pay is May 4th." Finance Director Ryan Berger noted several corrections to the FY2026 resolutions (for example, line #2 should be $4,485, landscaping updated to $6,902, and adding an Animal Control sign for $25,026.61). The committee approved claims totaling $1,583,304.75 and Treasurer’s disbursements totaling $1,564,193.78 by voice vote.
The committee also approved the board member per diem and mileage report and accepted the minutes from the February 10 meeting. These approvals complete the routine financial oversight actions on the meeting agenda.
