Second, Ottmar asked about the status of complaints related to EJ Norman and suggested changes to the underlying land-use approval: "Possibly update the Conditional Use Permit to Address 4H specifically or to do away with it completely?" The council did not take formal action during the meeting; the clerk was asked to research options and report back.
