Board of Abatement holds brief executive session, resumes and adjourns

The Board of Abatement entered an executive session during consideration of a tax abatement request and then returned to public session to approve the abatement; the meeting adjourned at 6:40 P.M.
At its Dec. 9 meeting the Board of Abatement voted to enter an executive session to discuss an abatement request and later voted to exit that executive session before taking formal action. Elaine Owen, chair, moved to enter executive session and Barbara Graham seconded the motion; the minutes record the motion as passed.
After returning to public session, the board approved the applicant's request and then adjourned at 6:40 P.M. Phil Winters moved to adjourn and Justin Ducey seconded the motion. The minutes list 12 members present at the start of the meeting.
