Mike Meskimen from G&O presented the draft 6‑Year Transportation Improvement Plan (TIP) and highlighted three recommendations for Council consideration: Daisy St. Phase II sidewalks in 2025, a citywide fog seal in 2026 and a citywide chip seal in 2030. He provided a handout and told Council that a public hearing will be held at the next meeting on March 5 for further public input.
Council agreed to advertise the hearing and invited public comment at the March 5 meeting. No funding or final project approvals were adopted at the Feb. 19 session; the items remain proposals subject to hearing input and Council decision.
