Supervisors approve preliminary plat for 15-lot Jackson Estates in Bellevue Township

Zoning Administrator Becca Pflughaupt presented the preliminary plat for Jackson Estates, a proposed 15-lot major subdivision in section 12 of Bellevue Township. Eric Tott of WHKS Engineers told the board he believes the road grade shown is adequate for a private road.
The board voted to approve Resolution #1178-04-28-2026 with conditions as recorded in the county resolution book. The resolution was moved by Supervisor Mike Steines, seconded by Supervisor Nin Flagel and carried unanimously; conditions are recorded in Resolution Book 5, pages 367–368.
